We've all Forgotten something on the car's cover, but this procedure is sheer brilliance. Why don't you go tooling down the highway, with a suitcase left on top of your roof? Well, apart from getting pulled over. OK do not do this on the highway.
Move It!
Sometimes the old jokes are the best jokes: simply relocating a person's car to elsewhere at the parking lot will go a long way towards fraying their nerves (and splitting up you). Just be sure to tell them where it's after you've had your pleasure.
